Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Extended hours are available to suit your needs.

We accept most insurance companies with a referral from an MD or Chiropractor and most patients qualify for the Medicare Therapy Cap exception.

Our Therapists

Doug Korcek, P.T., Owner and DirectorDoug Korcek, P.T., is a graduate from Loma Linda University School of Physical Therapy. As Owner and Director, he has over 25 years experience in orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation. Extensive post-graduate training has helped Doug develop treatment programs where he remains current in providing excellent care for painful muscular-skeletal disorders.

Beverly Dowling is a life-long Siskiyou County resident (graduated from CSU Fresno with a Physical Therapy degree in 1978). Beverly Dowling PTBev has 31 years experience treating neck, back, traumatic injuries, spinal cord injuries, strokes, head injuries, de-conditioning and other musculoskeletal problems. Bev has additional training in the use of hands on manual therapy techniques for the treatment of chronic acute pain and trigger points.

Bev would like to invite all her friends to come see us at Scott Valley Physical Therapy.

Rolland Wood PTA Rolland Wood (Woody) PTA is a graduate from Loma Linda University. With a great interest in Kinesiology, he continues to train in manual therapy using and teaching multiple osteopathic techniques. Rolland has worked in many different physical therapy environments for the last 18 years. Loving what he does makes retirement NOT an option.

Carol Winston PT Carol Winston PT is a graduate of CSU Long Beach. She has nearly 40 years of experience especially in treatment of orthopedic injuries, neck, back, hand, and foot injuries.
