A moderate to vigorous aqua workout including cardio, toning and stretching exercises for any ability level. Water workouts are low to no impact. Every exercise can be modified to fit within the needs of any individual. Instructor - Mary Martin
• 8:30 am -9:30 am : Flab to Fab [details]
Hi energy cardio fat burns alternating with sculpting intervals combined for overall fabulous fitness. Instructor: Maria Gamache
• 3:30 pm -4:30 pm : Family Swim [details]
Bring the family to swim....
• 5:00 pm -6:00 pm : Aqua: Aerobics [details]
A high level cardio workout with plenty of strength-building included. A fun way to end the day! INSTRUCTOR: Sue Neuman
• 6:00 pm -7:00 pm : Belly Dancing for Fun & Fitness [details]
