A morning cardio workout tailor made for early birds. Come join this energizing class to start your day off right! The routines and the music "rock" and the floor routines are "killer". Beginners will feel at home in this class as well as those looking for a challenge. INSTRUCTOR: Eileen Silva
• 9:00 am -10:00 am : Stretch and Flex [details]
Mat exercises for ab and trunk strength, total body flexibility and spinal stabilization. Modifications are offered for each exercise, making them appropriate for beginners through intermediate students. Pilates will trim your middle, help you develop longer, leaner muscles and protect your spine. INSTRUCTOR: Colleen Nye
• 1:30 pm -2:15 pm : Chair Aerobics [details]
Exercises for functional fitness. Based on the well-known SIT AND BE FIT program from Public Television. This class is ideal for those with physical limitations, balance problems or arthritis. INSTRUCTOR: Mary Martin
• 2:15 pm -3:00 pm : Circuit Training [details]
Varied weight workouts designed to increase muscular endurance, mobility, and strength. Includes cardio warm up, cool down and stretch. INSTRUCTOR: Mary Martin
• 3:30 pm -4:30 pm : Family Swim [details]
Bring the family to swim....
• 5:30 pm -6:30 pm : Yoga for Fitness [details]
A Yoga work-out that is appropriate for mixed ability levels. With a warm-up, work phase and cool down, this class will give you a full body workout while increasing flexibilty, easing stress and sharpening concentration. INSTRUCTOR Sara Krueger
