• 8:30 am -9:15 am : Aqua Energy! [details]
A moderate to vigorous aqua workout including cardio, toning and stretching exercises for any ability level. Water workouts are low to no impact. Every exercise can be modified to fit within the needs of any individual. Instructor - Mary Martin
• 8:30 am -9:30 am : Group Cycling [details]
This class is also known as "Spinning". A Cardio intensive workout done on stationary bikes in a class setting. It can be as easy or as hard as you want to make it, but you will definitely have FUN!!! Instructor: Maria Gamache
• 3:30 pm -4:30 pm : Family Swim [details]
Bring the family to swim....
• 5:00 pm -6:00 pm : Aqua: Aerobics [details]
A high level cardio workout with plenty of strength-building included. A fun way to end the day! INSTRUCTOR: Sue Neuman
